To enable / disable your Global Site Notice
- Once logged into the eBay Editor click on the Global Site Notice APP
- Ensure the 'ACTIVE' box is checked to enable, remember when you do not want it to appear to come back and UNCHECK the box.
- Add the information you would like to appear, note that the Global Site Notice will only accept text, you can not add images or links.
- Once you have added the content, you will need to publish it to make it live. To do so just click on the orange PREVIEW button (located in the bottom footer) then the CONTINUE button (located in the same position) then the grey PUBLISH button to apply the changes.
Your new banner will now be live. Please note that some browsers will need to their cache cleared. To do this press CTRL F5 on PC and for MAC go to your browsers settings. Not clearing the cache will show the old image until your browser clears it on its own which by default is set to every 24 hours.
