Since eBay don't support external push via API some changes need to be manually refreshed.
If you have changes either your item title, gallery images or price in eBay, you would need to update the template.
- Login to the eBay Editor
- Go to the Product Listing Dashboard
- Click the button Update eBay template which is located towards the top right corner of the screen.
This will change all items that have a status of R to M&Q and will auto update back to eBay within 60 minutes.
IMPORTANT: This only works if you are using the Swift Dashboard to manage your eBay listings. If you are listing items to eBay via third party integrator / platforms such as Neto, ChannelAdvisor, Shopify, Intelligent Reach, Codisto, Omnivore etc you will need to do this via your their dashboards.
